Biography: Fred Pescatore, MD, MPH, CCN is one of the country’s most sought-after natural physicians and diet experts. His New York Times best-selling book, “The Hampton’s Diet,” and “The Hampton’s Diet Cookbook,” emphasizes a whole foods approach to health and weight management.
